A unique and attractive TV stand, the City Life design from South Shore mixes curved shapes, metal accents, frosted glass, and an original contrast finish in a choice of colors. The upper shelf accommodates most 36-inch and some 40-inch TVs and stands solidly on metal legs. Tempered glass on the doors protects equipment while keeping the front view clean and attractive. Constructed of composite wood panels that carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification, the stand is an alternative to standard designs. Easy assembly is required on arrival and the piece is covered by a 5-year warranty.

South Shore Furniture City Life Collection TV Stands This unit was very, very, easy to assemble with the least amount of mechanical knowledge. If you can turn a screwdriver, then you can mount the drive. When finished it looks pretty good and is much more resilient than expected. My husband immediately filled every shelf with things to sound suuround computers, dvd, games, etc. We have a 52 “Sony LCD TV with absolutely no power to the unit. In fact, even with the TV in the unit, my husband was able to stay on top without any problems. So in summary, very tough, very easy to assemble, very handsome, I would recommend this unit.
My wife was very skeptical about this piece. She still wanted to see physically, but could not find anywhere. We are looking for a new TV stand, because we were moving from the old tube TV 27 “to a large screen high definition. We looked and looked, and I returned to this piece of furniture. He had all the doors and shelves that was looking -. a place for the DVD (and even VHS tapes), exhibition shelves for components that have always wanted to be well ventilated, and even room for surround sound speakers w / o being intrusive Amazon turned out to be even cheaper to Walmart. for this piece is excellent Its construction was relatively easy to put together a piece of cake -.. for anyone who has done any flat pack furniture in the past this was a step better than any other I’ve built because * all * of the parties were numbered. Other manufacturers require you to identify parts of the parts list. I even came “armed” with a highlighter to mark the parts when they were happy to find pre-labeled. all that fit together perfectly. the only “hard” was part of the alignment and adjustment of the hinges of the doors, but even that was not difficult. comes with a full backup that is nailed into place. but for my purposes , left me completely out of easy wiring. would be something nice, if the support was in 3 separate sections for the parties behind the doors can be installed w / o the central part where I have lots and lots of cables.
